Carmelo Anthony’s Wife Gets Knicked For Alleged Affair

With four different sides of the story of Carmelo Anthony’s wife, rapper Maino and an ex-girlfriend, the Knicks star seems to be caught in more than just a love triangle.

This past week former Maino girlfriend Patrice E squared with her Instagram audience, telling them that La La Anthony’s “hoe a– has been f–king my daughters father.” Subtlety and grammar aside, the accusation became a slam-dunk story for many media outlets.

FOX News‘ entertainment division, 411, presented statements from La La Anthony, Patrice E and Maino in an article published Friday.

La La’s camp was quoted as saying “I can confirm this is absolutely not true.”

Representative’s from Maino’s public relations team also rejected the claims, saying, “All rumors are false.”

An unnamed source also added his or her opinion to the controversy, saying the NBA stars’ wife and Maino are “friends” and that “they are not in a relationship.”

A source close to La La tells us she and Maino are friends, but she did not go to the movies with him and they are not in a relationship.

US magazine reported this weekend that La La and her husband retaliated by posting on Instagram their video rendition of the Meek Mill/Nicki Minaj/Chris Brown hit “All Eyes On You”.

In the video, Carmelo is seated on a purple couch and next to a white feather boa. His wife is sitting behind him on the arm rest of the couch wearing sunglasses.

The couple act out a clip of the video, seemingly happy to express their indifference toward their accuser.

According to several sources, Patrice E’s inflammatory Instagram posts included accusations that Maino and La La went to a movie and then returned to the rapper’s home to spend the night together.

The post have since been taken down from Patrice E’s account.
