Brandon Howard, son of singer Miki Howard, might be able to prove through new DNA evidence that he is the son of the late Michael Jackson.
The 31-year-old Brandon was quoted by Philly.com as having said that he’s:
(…) acquired DNA from an old orthodontic device worn by Michael
Seeing as his mother was represented in the 1980s by none other than Joe Jackson, there could be some legitimacy to this claim. Michael and Miki were first acquainted with one another 32 years ago, in 1982. Based strictly on the numbers, Brandon, 31, could have been the result of a romantic relationship that occurred between the two artists in the early 80s.
The potentially illegitimate son of Jackson has said that he will reveal the results of the DNA test which proves his relation to the late musician. The results are to be released on FilmOn.com.
If it’s a piece of the legend’s estate that he’s after, it doesn’t appear as if he’ll be able to lay claim to his piece of the fortune, as TMZ was told by Jackson’s official estate attorney, Howard Weitzmen, that:
Any deadline for claiming to be Michael’s child has long since passed.
For those wondering what B. Howard’s been up to beyond the obvious, it appears as if he’s been in pursuit of his own career in the music industry.
