Caitlyn Jenner penned an emotional blog entry regarding her journey thus far as a trans woman, revealing just how much she has learned from fellow transgender women.
Jenner, who is the most popular transgender woman in the United States, teamed up with Whosay to contribute weekly editorials of her journey as a transgender woman. The series of blog posts titled “The Real Me” will be written by the reality star and will shed light on the challenges and opportunities faced by transgenders during their transitions.
In her first post, Jenner began by thanking her fans for showing her support throughout her journey. She also expressed gratitude toward her family for standing by her side all the way, something not all trans women can boast of having.
Jenner wrote:
The response to my new journey has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’m eternally grateful for all of your sweet messages, letters and gifts (…) Up until now, I have totally isolated myself from the transgender community so I have a lot of catching up to do. I feel such a responsibility to this courageous group to try to get it right and tell all sides of the story.
Jenner also wrote that she would be using the blog to highlight the critical issues being faced in the transgender community. She will also be sharing the lessons she has learned throughout her journey. She invited her fans to support her in her cause as she wrote that she hopes “that you’ll join me on this adventure.”
I have so much to discover and hope that you’ll join me on this adventure.

Her very own docu-series, titled “I Am Cait,” will showcase her journey through gender transition. It’s scheduled to premiere on E! come July 26, 2015.
